It was good to see Brandon, again. I just wanted to mention the extra mile that Brandon traveled, in addition to his quality service work. When I showed him where our thermostat is, he noticed our old vent in the ceiling. To say it was in disrepair is an understatement. Brandon commented on it, and I told him that we had a replacement for it, but that I hadn't gotten around to putting it up, yet. He said that he'd be glad to do it for me, and did. I don't know about you, but I don't see that kind of service very often.....seldom, I should say. Anyway, thanks to Interstate and, especially, thanks to Brandon!

Our system died and the repairman Brandon was very experience and was able to help us with a new system. He listened to what we wanted and took care of everything. Also he lent us a portable heat pump and smaller heater so our house was very comfortable til the new system was in.
